Filter Kaapi - Welcome!

Sirs and Madams, Eves and Adams, Gentlemen and Ladies, Monsieur and Mademoiselle,

Welcome!! Welcome!! Welcome!!

It is our pleasure and honor to invite you to join us for some coffee. If you like the Cappuccino and Moccaccino, we will serve you that also. But you must really try our speciality - filter kaapi.

What is that?

Arrreeeeyyy, it’s the most famous Indian way of making coffee. See, we take some roasted coffee beans and some other stuff, and then do some complicated abracadabra and give you coffee with milk in a tumbler. With that we give you a small bowl.

So, we give you the coffee, you then make it as you want it. Here’s how…

Pour the coffee into the bowl, spin it, pour it back into the tumbler.

Pour the coffee into the bowl, spin it, pour it back into the tumbler.

Pour the coffee into the bowl, spin it, pour it back into the tumbler.

Now, pour some coffee back into the bowl, take the remaining coffee in the tumbler, spin it around, bring it close to your lips, breathe in the aroma and now take your first sip.

Aaaaahhhhhhhh…. Sirs and Madams, this is nirvana. This is heaven. This is the ultimate. This is the best there is. This is the best coffee everrr… This is Filter Kaapi!!

See, this small tumbler has froth, it has aroma, it has taste, it has milk, it has coffee – and what’s best, YOU made it!

Hot or cold. Frothy or plain. Sweet or not-so - We serve you coffee. You make the taste.

Enjoy!!
